Sunny Gandharva  Millets  Manoj Prajapat

Sunny & Manoj are masters of traditional Mewari cuisine, health food crusaders and champions of sustainable lifestyles & local food security. They are co-founders of the award-winning Millets of Mewar organic restaurant. 

Sunny and Manoj helped repopularize traditional millet varieties that had virtually disappeared from local agricultue and the modern Mewari diet with the coming of India's Green Revolution. Their multi-cuisine restaurant serves delicious traditional recipes as well as innovative new hors d'oeuvres, entrees, deserts and drinks. They specialize in gluten-free, vegan and wild food dishes; and have run over 2000 cooking classes at their restaurant for visiting groups. They also conduct regular health food workshops and chef training programs for local institutions, hotels and citizen groups as well as catering events.

Besides his health food and natural healing work, Manoj conducts sensitizing children's workshops on non-competitive games and zero waste living. Sunny was recently invited to judge entrants on Godrej Green Champions, India's first environmental theme-based reality show on NDTV, India.
